We are supporting an international organization in the search for a Head of IT Operations to lead and continuously improve its global IT infrastructure and operational services. Reporting directly to the Global Head of IT, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the company's IT landscape while leading internal teams and managing strategic technology partners. This is a highly visible leadership role combining technology, service management, people leadership, and infrastructure strategy in a global environment.

Lead and develop the IT Operations and Infrastructure function on a global scale. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT services. Manage hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud platforms.

Oversee networking, cloud services, endpoint management, identity services, and cybersecurity operations. Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence. Establish and maintain IT operational processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management.

Support Business

Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align IT operations with strategic objectives.



Lead and mentor technical teams across international environments. Proven experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or Service Delivery leadership roles. Previous responsibility for managing technical teams and external providers. Strong background in enterprise IT environments and operational governance.

Experience with ITIL-based service management practices. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
