Role Description The English as a Second Language Teacher at Wall Street English Rimini is a tempo parziale, on-site role based in Rimini, Italy. The teacher will deliver engaging English lessons, using the Wall Street English blended learning methodology and teaching materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and supporting students in achieving their language goals.

The role also involves facilitating small group activities, maintaining accurate records of student performance, and collaborating with center staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience.



The teacher will contribute to a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages consistent practice and confidence in using English.

Qualifications

- Strong English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language skills, with the ability to engage adult learners at different proficiency levels.
- Lesson Planning and classroom management skills to design structured, interactive lessons aligned with the Wall Street English methodology.
- Experience or familiarity with IELTS preparation and other standardized English assessments is an advantage. Teachers not familiar with IELTS will be expected to learn.
- Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) and/or degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Clear, accurate spoken and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by adult learners’ schedules.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and a supportive learning environment.
- Previous experience teaching adults or working in a language school setting is preferred.
