For our Milan Headquarters, we are looking for a Digital Workplace Specialist to support day-to-day workplace services and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Digital Workplace environment across the Group.
The role is primarily hands-on and operational, covering endpoint management, device lifecycle, user onboarding/offboarding, IT support processes, and collaboration tools.
The person will work closely with the Core Tech & Cybersecurity team and Local IT teams to implement common workplace and IT support practices, contributing to process standardization and automation initiatives.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Digital Workplace Operations
- Support Digital Workplace services for Windows and macOS users.
- Perform device provisioning, deployment, upgrades, replacement, and decommissioning activities.
- Maintain device inventory and related documentation.
- Assist Local IT teams with workplace-related issues and procedures.
ITSM & Support Processes
- Work within established ITSM processes for incidents and service requests.
- Support ticket categorization, prioritization, escalation, and SLA tracking.
- Contribute to the improvement of support workflows and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge articles, procedures, and operational documentation.
- Support adoption of common support practices across Local IT teams.
Onboarding, Offboarding & Automation
- Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver activities.
- Contribute to the automation of recurring workplace and user-management activities.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual activities together with the wider IT team.
Google Workspace & Identity
- Support Google Workspace administration and user lifecycle activities, where required.
- Assist with organizational policies, groups, and common workplace configurations.
- Work with identity and infrastructure teams when needed.
Endpoint Management
- Support endpoint management for Windows and macOS devices.
- Assist with software deployment, patching, configuration, and device compliance.
- Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central or another MDM/UEM platform is an advantage.
Projects & Vendors
- Participate in workplace technology rollouts and improvement projects.
- Support coordination with Local IT teams and external providers when required.
- Contribute to integration activities for new entities when needed.
Requirements:
Must Have
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Previous experience in Digital Workplace, EUC, IT Support, or Workplace Operations.
- Good working knowledge of ITSM / ITIL principles, particularly Incident and Service Request Management.
- Experience using an ITSM / ticketing platform.
- Basic experience with endpoint/device management tools.
- Good knowledge of Windows environments and basic familiarity with macOS.
- Ability to follow and document operational procedures.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Jira Service Management, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
- Basic scripting or automation experience.
- Experience with Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes.
- Experience in an international or multi-site organization.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience with Google Workspace and ManageEngine is appreciated. Experience with similar workplace, endpoint management, or collaboration platforms is equally relevant.

Compensation
€25.000–€35.000 gross annual salary. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria aligned with our compensation framework.
