Helps on taking orders when required. /li liPresent menus, answer guest inquiries, and make recommendations regarding food, beverage, and service /li liClear and reset tables at the conclusion of each course /li liMaintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service throughout operations /li liKnows how to use the Micros system /li liDemonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu, and the ability to recommend combinations and upsell alternatives when required /li liProvide a welcoming and professional service to guests during breakfast, lunch,



and dinner /li liSupport special events and high-volume service periods /li liEnsure compliance with service and hygiene standards at all times /li liPromote a guest-focused and service-driven culture within the outlet /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liMinimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality environment /li liHigh standards of personal presentation and grooming /li liStrong knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings /li liAbility to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and objectivity /li liStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset /li liKnowledge of the city of Rome and history /li liNative or Fluent in Italian and English.
