The Controller will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the administrative and accounting activities of the production site, overseeing management control processes, and ensuring compliance with Italian accounting standards and Group policies. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liFinancial Management Accounting /li liManage daily accounting operations: general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, inventory accounting. /li liEnsure financial data is accurate and compliant with Italian local accounting standards and Group unified accounting policiesLead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing; prepare financial statements and management reports for Group consolidation. /li liDrive annual budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.Manage invoice processing, tax filing data, bank reconciliations, and basic cash flow records. /li liCoordinate with Group and external auditors for annual and interim audits. /li liTax Management Audit SupportEnsure timely and accurate Italian tax filings (VAT, corporate income tax, IRAP, payroll taxes). /li liSupport transfer pricing documentation for cross-border transactions.



/li liAct as key point of contact for Group audits at the Italy factory, including inventory counts, fixed asset inspections, and revenue/cost substantiation testing. /li liManage local Italian tax audits and inspections. /li liReview local contracts and transactions for tax implications and flag potential risks. /li liInternal Control Compliance /li liAssist in establishing and enforcing internal control procedures in line with HQ /li liCooperate with the Group's internal audit team on internal audit and compliance reviews. /li liTeam Collaboration Support /li liSupport the Plant Manager in preparing reports and analyses for Group and factory management. /li liCollaborate with production, procurement, sales, and other departments. /li liPromote the implementation of Group finance and audit policies at the Italy factory. /li /ul h3Qualification /h3 ul liDegree in Economics or Management Engineering. /li liAt least 5–8 years of experience in Management Control, Administration, or related sectors. /li liStrong knowledge of accounting, tax, and fiscal regulations. /li liKnowledge of financial statement preparation principles. /li liProficiency with function-specific application software. /li liKnowledge and correct application of administrative procedures. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
