Overview In this role, you drive revenue growth by building and managing agency and brand partnerships across Europe. You will lead customer-led growth, respond to client RFPs, and uncover upsell opportunities while ensuring top-tier service. You’ll coordinate with product, marketing, legal, and engineering teams to deliver measurable TikTok advertising solutions. Your work shapes strategic campaigns and data-driven narratives that solve client problems at scale. This is a fast-paced, collaboration-heavy role with a strong impact on revenue and product adoption.

Responsabilità

Establish and nurture relationships with media agencies Develop and execute customer-led growth strategies and up-sell opportunities Respond to inbound RFPs with custom ideas and manage bid optimization, budgeting, and pacing Build and maintain a revenue pipeline and retain revenue from advertisers Collaborate with global internal teams across product, marketing, legal,



and engineering Plan and manage campaigns from setup to optimization and health checks Deliver live platform demos and create tailored data-driven presentations Brainstorm and implement advertising solutions to deliver measurable client results Serve as an external TikTok product consultant and translate data into strategic business cases

Requisiti fondamentali

Experience in digital media sales, ad tech, or programmatic advertising with holding company relationships Proven ability to present to and influence C-level executives Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business and negotiating JBPs and trading agreements Subject matter expertise in the full digital funnel, auction/biddable media, and performance metrics Ability to translate platform data and audience insights into business cases for strategic planners Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with teams such as CSMs, Product, Ad Operations, and Marketing strong communication and stakeholder management collaboration across matrixed teams fast learner with a can-do attitude digital media sales and programmatic ad tech data analysis and interpretation of audience insights experience with bid optimization and performance marketing metrics
