Position

The SM is accountable for delivering commercial targets and store P&L; by defining and executing the store strategy and roadmap. Drives elevated client experience and consistent brand standards across all touchpoints, ensuring excellence in selling ceremony standards, visual merchandising and service. Develops the team, setting clear priorities, monitoring performance and ensuring accountability over time. Governs store operations with a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance and internal controls, taking timely action to sustain performance and mitigate risks.

Job responsibilities

Brand & Desirability Experience

- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Loro Piana values and ensuring flawless brand expression in the store.
- Drive storytelling on heritage, savoir-faire and product uniqueness to strengthen brand desirability and conversion.
- Ensure a consistent client experience through selling ceremony standards and service excellence.

Business & Operational Impact

- Define store strategy and business development priorities, translating targets into clear action plans.
- Leverage market and competitor insights to identify opportunities and adjust commercial priorities.
- Govern inventory and visual merchandising to support availability, product rotation and store image consistency.
- Ensure operational planning, store operations and management, and audit readiness through strong compliance and internal controls.

People Growth & Care

- Build, lead and animate a high-performing team, ensuring effective team management and development.
- Coach on the floor and manage performance with clear objectives, feedback and recognition.
- Identify and develop talents,



ensuring succession planning and capabilities growth for the management team.
- Drive engagement, inclusion and wellbeing through consistent communication, rituals and team care.
- Ensure workforce planning, scheduling and workload balance to support business needs and team sustainability.

Profile

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a luxury boutique
- Passion for products and for the Loro Piana brand
- Strong knowledge of the retail and luxury sector
- Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Advanced level of English

Additional information

Per questa posizione è prevista una retribuzione annua iniziale pari a EUR 65,000 lordi.

Tale retribuzione è stata determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere e corrisponde al compenso normalmente riconosciuto alla posizione al momento della pubblicazione di questo annuncio di lavoro. La retribuzione effettiva potrebbe essere soggetta a possibili variazioni in ragione di fattori quali la vostra combinazione unica di esperienza e competenze, la seniority e attuali esigenze organizzative.

Questa posizione prevede inoltre la partecipazione ad un piano di incentivi, a discrezione di Loro Piana S.p.A.,



basato su fattori quali la performance individuale e/o della Società.

In aggiunta ai trattamenti previsti dalla legge, potranno essere riconosciuti ulteriori agevolazioni in conformità alle policy aziendali vigenti.

Il rapporto di lavoro sarà regolato dalle disposizioni del contratto collettivo nazionale di lavoro CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi applicati da Loro Piana S.p.A. in Italia.
