The Homeboat Company offers houseboat stays and experiences in the Marina of Cagliari and is

looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests at the marina.

What you'll do

You'll welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out. You'll answer phone calls, emails and

messages, and manage bookings and payments. You'll give guests information about our services,

boats and the local area, and work with our technical and dock staff to make sure every stay runs

smoothly.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with experience in reception, front office or guest services, ideally in a hotel,

marina or hospitality setting. You'll need fluent English and good Italian (other languages are a plus),

confidence with computers and booking software, and availability to work shifts, including weekends

and public holidays. We value a friendly, guest-focused attitude and strong organisational skills.





What we offer

- 6-month fixed-term contract, tempo pieno (40 hours per week), under the Italian National Collective

Agreement for Tourism (CCNL Turismo ANPIT-CISAL), level C2

- Gross monthly salary of €1,468.50, plus a pro-rata 13th-month payment, for a total of approx. €9,545

gross over the 6-month contract (equivalent to approx. €19,090 gross per year)

- Performance-based production bonuses
