Your Responsibilities

- Lead the development and successful implementation of new products and product relaunches

- Own and manage all product administration activities related to the portfolio, including new product launch documentation, and artwork approval

- Take responsibility for the management and continuous optimization of assigned product categories

- Monitor the performance of the product portfolio, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions when required

- Conduct market, consumer, product, and concept research in collaboration with the Market Research team to generate actionable insights.

- Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies for the product range.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, Production, Purchasing, Communications, and Marketing, to ensure successful product development and commercialization.

Your Profile

- University degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in Product Management or Project Management within the FMCG industry
- Experience working in cross-functional international teams in a matrix organisation is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
- Open, proactive, and enthusiastic personality with a hands-on mindset




- Comfortable working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
- Fluency in Italian and English; German is an advantage

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, we indicate a starting salary of EUR 42,000 gross per year for this position. Depending on the candidate's professional experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities required, the final compensation package may exceed this amount.
