It is a 9 month contract position, based at our Porcari, Lucca site. /ppReporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this role is to ensure the continuous improvements of production tasks and processes during a transformational period of developments and efficiency gains within the Bath factory. /ppIn the Manufacturing Engineer role you will design, implement and document shop floor processes, considering best engineering practice throughout. You will partake in audits, technical support and problem investigations/ resolutions with a view to suggest new processes and equipment where applicable and appropriate. /ppThis role would suit a proactive candidate who is motivated in problem solving and driving solutions forwards. You must be a team player with the ability to work independently and have an analytical mind with an eye for detail. /ph3Experience Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a Technical Diploma. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer, or Industrial Engineer within a manufacturing environment. /liliHands‑on experience in an engineering‑led production environment manufacturing electromechanical products. /liliPractical application of Lean Manufacturing principles,
