Your role will involve effective communication and negotiation with both external clients and internal departments to facilitate smooth deliveries and address any special requirements. /p /brpThis opportunity is ideal for an individual who thrives in high-pressure environments while consistently prioritising customer satisfaction above all else. /p /brh3Experience Requirements /h3 /brul /brliDegree in an Engineering discipline, recognised technical apprenticeship, or equivalent experience. /li /brli3-5+ years of experience in Order Management, Contract Management, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or a similar customer-focused role. /li /brliStrong understanding of order processing, contract administration, and customer relationship management.
