requests, and concerns professionally, communicating with relevant departments to ensure effective solutions. - Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the hostess desk and restaurant entrance area. - Support overall Food &, Beverage operations to enhance the guest dining experience. - Collect guest feedback and provide daily updates to the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef. - Perform opening and closing duties for the outlet in accordance with established procedures. - Pay close attention to detail, including table arrangements, menu presentation, cleanliness standards, and all guest-facing materials. - Consistently maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance in accordance with resort SOPs. - Demonstrate a positive attitude, professional behavior, and excellent guest service skills at all times.
