You'll work on building high-performance Windows desktop applications focused on image and video processing for digital forensics, collaborating closely with QA and international product teams.
/ppThroughout your onboarding, senior developers will mentor and support you, helping you evolve into a fully autonomous contributor.

/b /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliAdd new features to our products' codebase (bWindows-based desktop applications) /b and contribute to the development of new products.
/liliOperate at every layer of the application, from the graphical interface down to the algorithmic core.
/liliCorrect bugs and improve existing features in the products.
/liliContribute to improving code quality and documentation, and add new automated tests to our test suite.
/liliDrive and deliver blarge refactors of legacy C++ /b systems to reduce complexity, eliminate brittle code paths, and enable faster feature development.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technologies, or related fields.
/liliAt least 3-5+ years of professional experience in software development.
/lilibAdvanced proficiency in C++ /b, preferably for desktop applications.
/liliStrong familiarity with the Windows toolchain and ecosystem: MSVC, Visual Studio debugging/profiling, CMake, and packaging/deployment (MSI installer creation).
/liliDetail-oriented mindset with strong written communication skills.
/liliFull professional proficiency in English.
/liliMust be authorized to work in Italy or currently residing in the EU as a registered self-employed professional/independent contractor.
