We’re hiring: Mandarin-speaking Account Manager – ItalyTemu is expanding its commercial team in Italy, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to support and grow our local merchant partners.The role focuses on:Managing merchant relationships and day-to-day account needsSupporting merchant onboarding and operational problem-solvingWorking cross-functionally to improve account performance and growthHelping merchants navigate the platform and identify business opportunitiesWhat we’re looking for:Based in ItalyMandarin Chinese at working proficiencyStrong Italian and English communication skillsExperience in account management, client management, customer success, partnerships, or similar commercial rolesE-commerce / marketplace experience is a plus, but not mandatoryThe role is full-time and remote within Italy.
