ppWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Planner to join our manufacturing site in Gambassi.
Reporting within the Supply Chain Manager of the site, the Production Planner plays a critical role in ensuring efficient production scheduling, optimal utilization of manufacturing resources, and on-time delivery of customer orders.
This position requires close collaboration with Production, Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maintain a reliable and responsive production planning process.
/ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3h3Production Planning Scheduling /h3ulliDevelop, maintain, and optimize production plans to ensure efficient utilization of manufacturing capacity and timely order fulfillment.
/liliPrepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in alignment with operational and customer requirements.
/liliContinuously review and adjust production plans based on material availability, machine capacity, workforce availability, and changing business priorities.
/liliEnsure production schedules are accurately communicated and executed across all relevant functions.
/li /ulh3Operational Coordination /h3ulliCollaborate closely with Production Managers, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment between production requirements and business objectives.
/liliAct as the primary interface between planning and production to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
/liliRespond proactively to operational disruptions, including delayed raw material deliveries, equipment breakdowns, capacity constraints, and urgent customer requests.
/li /ulh3Performance Monitoring Continuous Improvement /h3ulliMonitor production performance and adherence to established schedules.
/liliTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery and Capacity Utilization.




/liliIdentify planning bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.
/liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives as the manufacturing site evolves and business requirements change.
/li /ulh3Qualifications and Skills /h3h3Required Qualifications /h3ulliPrevious experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or a comparable ERP system.
/liliStrong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

/liliSolid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement, and business processes.
/liliExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
