Luxenta S.r.l. is looking for a Project Funding & Grant Specialist

Luxenta S.r.l. is seeking a professional to support the identification, preparation and submission of project proposals for regional, national and European funding opportunities, with the aim of supporting the company’s growth through public funding and research and innovation programmes.

The selected candidate is not required to have an in-depth technical knowledge of Luxenta’s specific business activities. The key responsibility will be to understand funding call requirements, structure project proposals and coordinate the collection of the technical, administrative and financial information needed for each application, working closely with the company’s shareholders and technical experts.

Main responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- monitoring and identifying regional, national and European funding opportunities relevant to the company;
- analysing eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, application procedures and deadlines;
- preparing the documentation required for funding applications;
- coordinating the collection of technical contributions from shareholders and company collaborators, providing clear and targeted requests for the information needed for each section of the proposal;
- integrating and reworking the technical contributions received into a coherent and well-structured project proposal;
- drafting administrative, organisational, impact, exploitation and dissemination sections of project applications;
- supporting the preparation of project budgets and financial documentation;
- managing the submission of applications through regional, national and European online platforms;




- checking the completeness and compliance of all documentation before submission;
- maintaining an updated calendar of funding opportunities, deadlines and ongoing proposals.

Candidate profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

- previous experience in the preparation or management of funding applications and project proposals;
- strong writing and document-structuring skills;
- the ability to coordinate contributions from people with different technical backgrounds;
- accuracy and attention to detail in managing documentation and deadlines;
- strong organisational and planning skills;
- a good command of written English;
- familiarity with online project submission platforms and public funding procedures.

Knowledge of funding programmes and instruments such as Horizon Europe, European Regional Development Fund programmes, national research and innovation calls, MIMIT, MUR, Invitalia or similar funding schemes will be considered an advantage.

Specific technical expertise in Luxenta’s technologies is not required. Technical content will be provided by the company’s shareholders and technical experts. The candidate’s role will primarily be to translate these contributions into complete, clear, consistent and competitive project proposals that comply with the requirements of each funding call.
