/ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliDraft, negotiate and review a variety of national and international commercial contracts, legal documents and business arrangements, including distribution and sales agreements, terms and conditions of sales and supply, supply agreements, confidentiality agreements, lease agreements,



IT agreements /liliTake care of corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters /liliManage data protection and privacy and other compliance matters (231, whistleblowing, anti-money laundering, KYC) /liliProvide practical and timely legal support and business advice to all internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, finance, sales, supply chain, IT, logistics, and HR) /liliSupport and assist the EMEA legal director in handling global initiatives and complex matters as needed /li /ulh3The profile /h3ulliItalian law degree.
Bar admission is considered a plus /lili5+ years of professional experience gained at international law firm and/or in-house department; a combination of both is strongly preferred /liliFull professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
