You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring quality, safety, cost efficiency, and timing. **Key Responsibilities**:
Lead industrialization of new products and support prototype pre-series
- production phases
- Coordinate the design, installation, and commissioning of new machinery and production lines
- Collaborate with R&D; on product modifications following production feedback
- Manage improvement projects focused on process optimization and automation (Industry 4.0 / 5.0)
- Analyse manufacturability, process feasibility,



and potential risks of new products
- Support production sites during start-up phases and technical interventions
- Contribute to technological innovation and plant infrastructure evolution **What we’re looking for**: - Technical background in Mechanics or Mechatronics
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance, testing, or commissioning of automatic machinery
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- Proficiency with Office Suite and CAD 2D/3D tools
- SAP R3 knowledge is a plus
