Bridgestone Modugno is seeking a Process Leader to optimize end-to-end value streams through Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. You will reduce waste, cut lead times, improve flow, and drive efficiency from raw materials to final delivery.
You will work across Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to identify opportunities, develop VSMs, and standardize SOPs. Advanced English and a Master’s degree are required; 2–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
