ph3About the Role: /h3 pWe are currently looking for a passionate Engineering Graduate who want to join us as bShift Operative Leader /b at our plant in Pozzuolo Martesana (MI), for a parental leave substitution. /p pThis is a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in Operations, where you will develop strong technical and leadership capabilities while contributing to the performance of one of our production plants. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 pAs a bShift Operative Leader /b, reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities within the Production area. /p pIn particular, you will support the bexecution of production activities /b, supporting the coordination of the bline team /b in operational activities and ensuring the availability and the boptimization of production factors /b on the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery). /p pIn this role, you will contribute to the bpreparation and start-up of the lines /b in your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team. You will manage the application of the criteria defined for allocating resources across production lines and the operational teams. /p pEnsuring that bsafety standards /b (both food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines will be one of your key activities, and you will also be responsible for supporting and developing the bContinuous Improvement initiatives /b. /p h3About You: /h3 pYou will bring your Master's Degree in Engineering, combined with curiosity and a strong willingness to learn about the manufacturing industr. /p pYou will contribute to the team's success through your bunderstanding of production processes /b, as well as your interpersonal and leadership skills. /p pYour willingness to bembrace international mobility /b will be a valuable asset,

Any potential future opportunities within Operations may involve shift-based responsibilities, reflecting the nature of frontline leadership roles in Production. /p h3What We Offer: /h3 pThe role is classified at Level 2° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
