/li liEnsure team performance through clear objectives, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
/li liPromote a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.

Service Maintenance (OSM) activities, including planning and execution.
/li liImplement delivery and maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with budget and timelines.
/li liGuarantee timely resolution of technical issues by coordinating internal and external resources.
/li /ul /li libCustomer Focus /b ul liMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.
/li liAct as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance and delivery activities.
/li /ul /li libProcess Performance Management /b ul liDevelop and enforce operational standards, procedures, and tools for reliable maintenance and support services.

/li /ul /li /ul h3bRequired Skills Experience /b /h3 ul liMinimum b3–5 years of supervisory experience /b in commissioning and/or maintenance within rail or similar industries.
/li liProven ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver results under pressure.
/li liStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
/li liCustomer-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
/li liProficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
/li /ul h3bEducation /b /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
