The focus of this position is to work closely with Production Cells to ensure we deliver affordable, high-quality parts, minimizing waste and disruption to the Production flow and protect the Customer. The candidate will manage Customer Escapes, relevant Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions He/She will even manage Product Audit activity, First Article Inspection process and QN/MRB management. He/She will support also the contract review process, with the objective to ensure that Customer requirements are properly discussed and addressed. **Ma cos'altro? We are committed to fostering an inclusive culture, in which everyone can realise their potential and actively contribute to improving society **Profilo** Professional Requirements: - Capability to work autonomously and to coordinate interfunctional Teams as needed (strong communication and influential skills). - Proven experience in Aeronautical Companies for at least 3 years - Strong capability to lead Root Cause Analysis processes, using adequate tools (5 WHYs, Fishbone, Fault Tree); - Understanding of mechanical Design, part drawings and Technical Specifications - Knowledge of Aerospace manufacturing plus Assembly & Testing processes - Able to support Material Review Board and QN processes - Plus is knowledge of Special Processes management (Heat Treatments, NDT, Galvanic); - FAI knowledge - Approved Auditor - Knowledge of EASA Part 21 - Part 145 and related activities (DO-PO Arrangement, SADD), experience with Airworthiness Authorities relationship (ENAC, FAA).
