Thompson Rome is seeking a dynamic Commis de Rang to join our Food & Beverage pre-opening team.
Reporting to the Maitre, you will deliver attentive service and uphold Hyatt standards as we prepare for opening.
You will work closely with outlet colleagues to welcome guests across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, demonstrate knowledge of menu items, and support high-volume service while maintaining hygiene and service excellence.
Fluent in Italian and English is required.
