/ppbr/ppstrongThe Project Manager role at Crazy Pizza /strong /ppAs a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the strategic planning and coordination of all activities required to ensure the timely opening of our new restaurants worldwide.
/ppThe role will be responsible for coordinating the opening of new locations, managing day-to-day project activities, implementing Project Management policies and procedures, and working closely with department leaders to successfully plan and deliver new restaurant openings.
/ppbr/ppstrongProject Manager Responsibilities: /strong /pulliPartner with department leaders to strategically define, prioritize and develop projects for the opening of new Crazy Pizza restaurants worldwide.
/liliLead project planning and execution by defining timelines and deadlines, setting priorities and ensuring smooth and timely restaurant openings.
/liliManage the financial aspects of projects, including budget monitoring, risk assessment and resource allocation.
/liliPrepare financial reports and budget summaries for Management and Executive teams,



providing clear visibility on project performance and financial status.
/liliCoordinate the development and implementation of new restaurant opening projects, ensuring that all activities and deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines.
/liliContinuously monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring compliance with company standards, approved budgets and agreed timelines, including through frequent on-site visits.
/liliMaintain complete and accurate documentation throughout all project phases, from initiation to completion, including scope, budget and the strategic rationale behind key project decisions.
/liliOversee the progress of construction works and sites related to new restaurant openings, coordinating with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders involved in the project.
/liliCoordinate supplier orders for the procurement of materials, equipment and supplies required for the construction, set-up and operation of new restaurants.
/liliEnsure a constant on-site presence throughout key project phases, directly monitoring progress and taking timely action in the event of issues, delays or deviations from the agreed project plan.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrongWho are you?
/strong /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management,



Project Management or a related field.
/liliPMP (Project Management Professional) certification is considered a plus.
/liliAt least 3 years of experience in the Hospitality, Restaurant or Project Management sector, preferably with experience in new openings and location development.
/liliFluent English is essential; knowledge of Italian is highly advantageous.
/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
/liliStrong organizational, leadership and prioritization skills.
/liliStrong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and under pressure.
/liliWillingness to travel frequently, both nationally and internationally, to directly oversee project and construction site progress.
