Join our Finance – Planning Control (FPA) team and gain hands-on experience supporting business decisions and monitoring store performance in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
/p h3Your responsibilities: /h3 ul liMonitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of our stores and retail network; /li liSupport monthly closing and reporting activities,



ensuring data accuracy and consistency; /li liConsolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights; /li liPrepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders; /li liPerform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers; /li liAct as business partner with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions; /li liContribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
/li /ul h3Who we're looking for: /h3 ul liGraduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management; /li liEngineering, or related fields; /li liStrong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint; /li liBasic knowledge of accounting, financial reporting; /li liAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy; /li liProactive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in retail and beauty industry dynamics; /li liFluent in English (written and spoken).
