/p pWe are proud of our products developed and manufactured in Lithuania and are looking for an bIoT Engineer /b to contribute to the continued growth of Teltonika Italy.br/ /p h3In this role, you will: /h3 ul liMaintain live and active direct communication with the customer throughout the sales and early implementation phases.
This includes facilitatingbdirect visits, live chats, and video calls /bfor consultation, ensuring a continuous and responsive flow of information.
/li liWork with various Teltonika Telematics manufactured GNSS tracking devices that embed technologies such as Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485 and 1-Wire.
/li liPropose different ways on how to incorporate our devices for various use cases.
/li liGuide and help new customers to integrate Teltonika Telematics solutions.
/li liGo on business trips to visit clients and help them directly implement Teltonika devices into their business use-cases (one business trip per quarter is expected).
/li liOrganize training sessions and presentations (for a specific client).
/li liCooperate with the sales team, providing consultation on processes and solutions, and contribute to strategic customer integration and new project alignment.
/li liCollect and share technical information, record issues observed during visits and collaborate with the technical engineering team.
/li /ul h3What we expect of you: /h3 ul liDegree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant previous work experience.




/li liUnderstanding or basic knowledge of telecommunication technologies (2G, GPRS, 3G, 4G), CAN bus, BLE (considered an advantage).
/li libHave native or highly fluent Italian /band good English skills (written and spoken), with excellent communication abilities to ensure professionalism and clarity in client interactions.
/li liA proven ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
/li liExperience in preparing and delivering presentations.
/li liA customer-focused mindset with empathy and responsiveness.
/li liStrong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and goals.
/li liPossess solid basic technical knowledge with a practical ability to support product configuration and integration during proof-of-concept phases.
/li liAbility to quickly understand customer business contexts and use cases (e.g., how telematics impacts logistics costs or car-sharing profitability).
/li liDemonstrate flexibility and pro-activity in work.
