The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic.
The position is based in Naples or Pistoia - IT.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Leadership Team Coordination /h3ulliCoordinate and guide multi-disciplinary maintenance supervisor teams across different sites.
/liliEnsure team performance through clear objectives, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
/liliPromote a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.
/li /ulh3Operational Excellence /h3ulliOversee all Operations, Service Maintenance (OSM) activities, including planning and execution.
/liliImplement delivery and maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with budget and timelines.
/liliGuarantee timely resolution of technical issues by coordinating internal and external resources.
/li /ulh3Customer Focus /h3ulliMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.
/liliAct as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance and delivery activities.
/li /ulh3Process Performance Management /h3ulliDevelop and enforce operational standards,



procedures, and tools for reliable maintenance and support services.
/liliIdentify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvement projects.
/br /liliPrepare and present periodic reports on site performance, delivery, and maintenance activities.
/li /ulh3Compliance Safety /h3ulliEnsure all site activities comply with regulatory and company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
/liliCollaborate with internal departments (Quality, Materials Management, Engineering) to maintain compliance and operational integrity.
/li /ulh3Strategic Contribution /h3ulliSupport the definition of site mission, vision, and operating strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
/liliCoordinate implementation of retrofits and modifications during warranty periods.
/li /ulh3Required Skills Experience /h3ulliMinimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in commissioning and/or maintenance within rail or similar industries.
/liliProven ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver results under pressure.
/liliStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
/liliCustomer-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
/liliProficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
/li /ulh3Education /h3pMaster's degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
/ph3Languages /h3ulliFluent in English (written and spoken).
/liliProficiency in Italian is mandatory.
