/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pReporting directly to the Department Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for: /p ul liSupporting the Sales Team in daily commercial activities.
/li liManaging and strengthening relationships with the existing customer network.
/li liDeveloping and implementing digital marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and customer engagement.
/li liCreating and updating promotional materials across digital and traditional communication channels.
/li liSupporting product launches, marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
/li liOrganising webinars, customer training sessions and educational events.
/li liProviding product information and commercial support to customers and distributors.
/li liCollaborating with the European headquarters in Germany and other international departments.
/li liCollecting and analysing market information, customer feedback and competitor activities.
/li liSupporting the organisation of congresses, exhibitions and company events.




/li liManaging CRM activities and contributing to sales reporting and business analysis.
/li liCooperating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and business development.
/li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
/p h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or related fields preferred).
/li liExcellent command of bEnglish /b, both written and spoken (mandatory).
/li liStrong interest in bDigital Marketing /b, communication and commercial development.
/li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
/li liFamiliarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is considered an advantage.
/li liStrong organisational and project management skills.
/li liExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
/li liAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within an international team.
/li liWillingness to travel occasionally within Italy and Europe.
