/p pbPOSITION -Financial Services Officer (Maternity Leave) /b /p pWe are looking for a bproactive, precise and motivated Financial Services Officer /b to join our Financial Services Team.
In this role, you will support the team in the execution of Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report activities, with a focus on accounting, month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliation.
/p pbWhat You Will Do /b /p ul liReceive and respond to standard supplier inquiries ensuring timely, accurate and professional responses; /li liProcess PO and non-PO invoices, including fixed asset intercompany transactions, in accordance with established procedures; /li liManage statutory and tax accounting obligations for the assigned company, ensuring compliance with applicable local requirements and Group policies; /li liManage the monthly closing for the assigned company, ensuring that local requirements and Group Accounting Manual rules are followed; /li liPerform the Balance Sheet Reconciliation, investigate outstanding items and ensure timely resolution of open issues; /li liEnsure that a high standard of ethical norms is embedded into all processes and tasks throughout the job,



in compliance with the DAB Code of Conduct and internal control standards; /li /ul pbWHO You Are /b /p ul liDegree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field; /li li1- 2 years of experience in Accounting and Record-to-Report activities is considered a plus, particularly in month-end closing, Balance Sheet reconciliation and statutory/local accounting activities; /li liCandidates with a strong accounting background, a proactive attitude and the ability to learn quickly will also be considered; /li liFluency in English, both written and spoken; /li liKnowledge of ERP systems is preferred and experience with InforLN is a plus; /li liStrong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills; /li liAgile and curious mindset.
