The role typically involves projects of an international scope and supports decision-making at senior management, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors levels.brMain ResponsibilitiesbrLead and coordinate MA projects nationally and internationally, from scouting to execution and completion.brOversee the execution of Due Diligence (DD) processes across financial, legal, tax, accounting, and technical aspects.brIdentify and evaluate potential MA opportunities, in line with Mundys long term strategy.brDrive financial Due Diligence with a focus on accounting, tax, and financial drivers.brParticipate in and challenge legal, commercial, and technical DD analyses.brCollaborate with internal departments (Finance, Tax, Accounting, Asset Management) throughout project phases.brCoordinate with external stakeholders,



including investment banks and partners (equity and debt).
brPrepare and deliver comprehensive presentations to senior management, shareholders, and committees, summarizing key insights to support strategic decision-making.brGuide and mentor junior team members on:brBusiness plan development and financial modeling for MA projects;brValuation exercise;brUnderstanding the tax, accounting, and financing implications of transactions.brCollaborate with the Legal team on transaction documentation (e.g., SPA, SHA).
brSupport the structuring of capital, rating analysis, and assessment of accretion/dilution impacts alongside Finance and Rating teams.brRelevant ExperiencebrMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial advisory services, preferably within investment banking or corporate MA roles.
Although preferred, no industry specialization required.brProven experience in international projects and environments; in-depth knowledge of MA processes, due diligence, valuation, and negotiation.brKey CompetencesbrDegree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent fields.brExcellent knowledge of the English language.
Knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.brStrong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, and Capital IQ.brStrong leadership and teamwork skills.brResults-oriented with a proactive and analytical mindset.brExcellent communication and presentation abilities.brHigh motivation and commitment to excellence.
