/p h3About The Team/About The Role /h3 pThe candidate will report directly to the Managing Director with functional reporting lines to the bGroup Headquarters in France /b. /p h3Main Responsabilities /h3 pHe will fully manage all health, safety, and environmental matters, including: /p ul liSafety Management: Acting as the designated RSPP. Updating the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and monitoring the implementation of prevention and protection measures. /li liEnvironmental Compliance: Managing all environmental regulatory requirements (waste management, emissions, water discharge, loading/unloading registers, and MUD). /li liTraining Education: Organizing and planning mandatory training courses for employees regarding health, safety, and environmental regulations. /li liAudits Inspections: Conducting periodic inspections across production departments and managing relations with local supervisory bodies (ATS, ARPA, Fire Department). /li liAccidents Near-Misses: Analyzing the root causes of accidents or near-misses and implementing the necessary corrective actions. /li liInternational Reporting: Liaising regularly with the French HQ to align plant procedures with corporate EHS standards and guidelines. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience: At least 2-3 years of experience as an RSPP or Senior ASPP within industrial or manufacturing environments. /li liCertifications: Full and valid RSPP qualifications (Modules A, B, and C) with all mandatory training updates strictly up to date. /li liLanguage Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory for daily communication and reporting with the Group HQ in France (knowledge of French is a plus). /li /ul h3BENEFITS OF JOINING IN GROUPE/ AVANTAGES A REJOINDRE IN GROUPE /h3 ul liStability: The opportunity to work within a dynamic production plant backed by a major French industrial group, ensuring a stable, solid. /li liContract: Full-time position, with salary and contract level commensurate with the candidate's actual experience. /li liEnvironment: A professional, fast-paced, and international workplace with exposure to corporate EHS practices. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
