ph3Retail Merchandising Analysis Coordination Manager /h3 pThe Retail Merchandising Analysis Coordination Manager is responsible for leading analytical and strategic planning activities across all categories within the Retail Merchandising team at worldwide level, transforming data into actionable business insights. The role supports strategic decision‑making, coordinates cross‑categories business analysis and planning activities, and leads key projects to enhance business performance and support sustainable growth. Also, the role is key in the coordination and definition on the Budget, both qualitatively and quantitatively. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform worldwide quantitative and qualitative analyses across all product categories, monitoring sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, growth, product performance, best performers, slow movers, and other key merchandising KPIs. /li liTranslate complex data into actionable business insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance for the Retail Merchandising team and senior management. /li liDevelop executive presentations and analytical reports to support commercial and strategic decision‑making. /li liCoordinate the preparation of Retail Merchandising strategic plans, consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders and functions. /li liCooperate in forecasting and planning activities across product categories, ensuring alignment between commercial assumptions, business expectations, and strategic objectives. /li liSupport the Retail Merchandising team during buying campaigns and collection presentations through pre-buy and post-buy analyses and strategic recommendations. /li liDrive and contribute to cross‑functional projects related to Retail Merchandising, Business Development,
and other strategic business priorities. /li liEnsure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across analyses, reports, forecasts, and planning documents. /li liWork closely with GtM team to be the key point of reference in all processes and activities related to the collections / products launches and the performance monitoring of these launches. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field. /li liSignificant experience in Retail Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Business Analysis, Forecasting, or Management Consulting, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry. /li liProven track record in developing business analyses, forecasts, strategic plans, and executive‑level presentations to support decision‑making. /li liStrong project management skills, with experience coordinating cross‑functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders in complex environments. /li liExcellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations. /li liStrong communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership. /li liDemonstrated stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
/li liProactive, agile, and results‑oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. /li liHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of deliverables. /li liAbility to thrive in fast‑paced and evolving organizational environments, managing priorities and deadlines effectively. /li liStrong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to build trusted relationships across the organization. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI, reporting, and ERP tools is considered a plus. /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liFor new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 70.000. /li liThis salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender‑neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting.
