Condividi il tuo talentoAs the Omnichannel Brand Activation Marketer for Italy, your core responsibility is to oversee retail brand activations, with a focus on top-performing stores and strategic cities/regions. Collaborating with specialists across Campaigns, Digital Commerce, and PR, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class retail activations that drive ROI across all touchpoints.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will support the creation and management of brand activations across new store openings, in-store activations, and commercial cycles throughout the Rituals store portfolio, while leading always-on experiences for top doors. As the retail activation expert within the team, you will work across different store formats (high street stores, malls, outlets, railway stations),



tailoring activation plans to drive performance and strengthen the Rituals wellbeing community.
You will work closely with the global Promotions & Activation team in Amsterdam, implementing and adapting global go-to-market strategies for the Italian market when needed. You will proactively share insights and learnings with both local and global teams to continuously strengthen activation plans.
Based in our Milan office, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, Retail Operations, Real Estate, Training teams, and external partners to bring impactful activations to life.
