Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description The job Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as Senior Director of Marketing and lead our marketing function forward. In this strategic leadership role, you'll support growth through innovative marketing strategies, with a focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, and demand generation. Working closely with Sales and Portfolio Management teams, you'll lead initiatives that enhance our market presence and operational excellence.
This position offers flexibility while leading a substantial marketing organization. You'll be instrumental in setting strategic direction, deploying marketing teams effectively, and managing product master data for Thermo Fisher Scientific. Your expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce will be crucial as you develop and implement data-driven marketing tactics that generate revenue growth. The role involves collaboration with other divisions and external vendors, leveraging our strengths as a large-scale distributor.




You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact through innovative e-commerce initiatives while leading and developing a talented team in an international environment. This role is office-based and can be based at a number of our European sites. Some international travel will be required – between 30-50% of working time, including overnight stays.
