Location: Athens, Greece – Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance premio upto15% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)
Your Responsibilities
As anItalian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:




- Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
- Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
- Follow established quality and productivity standards
- Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For
- Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
