Are you a seasoned account management professional with deep roots in the Fashion or Sports industry? We're looking for someone with that senior-level experience to lead the EU relationship with one of our biggest and most complex Fashion & Sports vendors in the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) program. You'll own the end-to-end account strategy across multiple European marketplaces, act as a consultant to senior vendor stakeholders, and drive measurable long-term growth. This is a dedicated, single-vendor role - not a portfolio.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end EU account strategy for a top-tier Fashion & Sports vendor, applying your senior account management and industry expertise to design and execute growth plans across multiple marketplaces and categories.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Account Managers, Advertising, Supply Chain, Item Data Quality), setting priorities, defining metric goals, and clearing blockers so the account team can execute effectively.
- Lead cross-divisional projects spanning Marketing & Promotions, Selection, and Operational Excellence at vendor level, as well as strategic EU-wide initiatives for the Amazon Vendor Services or Retail organization.
- Build long-term consulting relationships with senior vendor stakeholders (Sales Directors, Account Directors), leveraging your Fashion or Sports background to identify new business opportunities rooted in vendor and customer needs.
- Provide strategic direction for EU workstreams on key vendor priorities, ensuring the right resources and focus are in place to deliver results through the broader team.
