Position: EUROPE EVENTS MANAGER
Reports to : Head of Marketing Europe
The Europe Events Manager is responsible for driving and executing the Events strategy across Europe, ensuring full alignment with Valentino's Global Marketing vision and Brand DNA.
The role contributes to strengthening Valentino's positioning as a leading luxury Maison by delivering elevated, consistent and client-centric event experiences, designed to enhance brand desirability, exclusivity and long-term client engagement.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and implement the European Events strategy in line with Global guidelines and Valentino brand positioning;
Ensure all activations fully reflect Valentino's codes, aesthetics and storytelling;
Guarantee consistency and excellence across all European markets.
Prepare structured presentations for HQ summarizing activities for approval.
Event Execution & Excellence
Coordinate the execution of events, including VIC events, clienteling activations, product launches, in-store experiences, and partnership animations in close alignment with the Global Marketing team;
Ensure a best-in-class luxury execution, with strong attention to detail, personalization and exclusivity;
Oversee and coordinate the European events calendar, ensuring prioritization and coherence.
Coordinate and directly manage the full execution of events, including VIC events, clienteling activations, product launches, in-store experiences and partnership activations, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery;
