Role We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of complex, multidisciplinary programs that transform cutting-edge technologies into fully integrated humanoid robotic products. In this role, you will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across engineering and operations teams, ensuring strategic milestones are delivered with speed, quality, and predictability. You will play a critical role in aligning software, AI, hardware, manufacturing, and production activities, enabling the successful development and deployment of next-generation humanoid robotic systems.
Lead the execution of strategic company-wide robotics programs, ensuring alignment with business and product objectives; Coordinate cross-functional planning activities across AI, robot skills, navigation, embedded software, electronics, mechanics,



manufacturing, and production teams; Drive system integration planning and execution from prototype development through production readiness; Manage release readiness across hardware, firmware, software, AI models, and manufacturing processes; Prepare and facilitate executive program reviews, delivery forecasts, and status reporting; Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize collaboration, planning, and engineering efficiency; Requirements Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or equivalent professional experience; Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role delivering complex multidisciplinary products; Strong understanding of software development, AI systems, embedded software, electronics, and hardware development processes; Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs involving
