Our client operates with a lean internal team and a network of specialist third-party providers across fund management, administration, accounting, legal, tax and investor onboarding. As the firm scales Fund II and its co-investment platform, it is building institutional-grade finance and operating processes that can support a growing number of transactions, investors and vehicles without adding unnecessary complexity. Fund II is structured as a Luxembourg SCSp RAIF, with AIFM services, fund administration,



NAV, capital calls and regulatory reporting delegated to specialist providers, and co-investments are structured through dedicated SPVs.
Occasione
Fund finance and provider oversight
- Own the day-to-day finance relationship with the AIFM, fund administrator, accountants, auditors and other relevant providers; set clear deliverables, review outputs and drive issues to resolution.
- Review NAVs, management fees, carried-interest calculations, capital calls, distributions, investor balances and cash reconciliations before release, maintaining an internal control record rather than relying solely on provider outputs.
- Coordinate the annual audit, valuation timetable and Luxembourg fund-finance calendar, working with the AIFM, administrator and advisers and escalat[ing] only matters that require a partner decision
