About the role
The CR Software Engineer contributes to the continuous evolution, optimization,
and fine-tuning of software solutions deployed at customer sites. Working within the Customer Service organization, this role is responsible for implementing software enhancements and upgrades that align customer systems with the ongoing technological development of the company’s software suite.
By combining software development, customer interaction, and technical support activities, the CR Software Engineer helps ensure that customers continue to agevolazioni from high-performing, reliable, and future-ready solutions throughout the lifecycle of their automated systems.
Principle duties & Responsabilities
- Software customization: Design and develop software modifications and enhancements according to customer requirements and project specifications.
- Software validation: Test and validate developed functionalities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and expected performa
