Italdesign is looking for a passionate and dynamic person, with strong verbal and written communicational skills, who will be part of the Legal & Governance team. Reporting directly to the manager of the function, as a Legal Specialist you will provide legal support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. You will work closely with various business functions, including Purchasing, R&D;, Quality, Sales, HR and Compliance, as well as external legal advisors and authorities. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge projects related to mobility, technological innovation, and design.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts typical of engineering services companies, both in Italian and English;
Support corporate governance activities, including drafting of board resolutions, powers of attorney, and maintaining corporate records;
Support the internal units in the management of legal issues;
Monitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations impacting Company business;




Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and ensure risk mitigation in day-to-day operations;
Work with IT and Compliance team on matters related to IT security and internal and Group policies.
Requirements
Key requirements
3-5 years of experience in a legal department of multinational industrial companies (preferably in the automotive sector) or in international law firms with strong focus on commercial and corporate law;
Knowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate law (national and European Union regulations);
Autonomous drafting of legal texts;
Accuracy, clarity and completeness in the preparation of documents;
Communication, negotiation and conflict management abilities;
Team player with a proactive and business-oriented mindset, and respect for others;
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently;
