In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to attract, assess and hire qualified talent.
You will act as a trusted recruitment partner,



advising the business on hiring strategies while delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will also contribute to local, regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, recruitment training, employee referrals and diversity and inclusion.
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviewing, selection and offer. Develop targeted sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, professional networks and online recruitment channels. Build and maintain talent networks to identify qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
