Purpose of the Role
The Medical Relations & Digital Opinion Leader Manager is responsible for driving Eucerin's medical engagement strategy in Italy, with a strong focus on Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology and Aesthetic Dermatology.
The role acts as the key liaison between Eucerin and the external scientific community, building and nurturing strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs), pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
Combining a digital-first, omnichannel and data-driven approach, the position localizes and executes the global medical strategy, ensuring impactful scientific engagement, excellence in congress activation, development of strategic projects and measurable business outcomes.
The role works closely with Medical, Marketing, Sales and Training teams and partners with the Medical Communication Specialist to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all medical initiatives.
Medical Strategy & Omnichannel Engagement
Implement and localize Eucerin's global medical strategy at country level.




Develop annual medical engagement plans aligned with brand, scientific and business priorities.
Identify emerging scientific trends, unmet needs and opportunities in dermatology and skin health.
Ensure all medical activities are scientifically sound, compliant and HCP-centric.
Contribute to omnichannel engagement plans to maximize scientific impact and stakeholder reach.
KOL & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strategic relationships with Dermatologists, Pediatricians, Aesthetic Physicians and Pharmacists.
Engage and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs).
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans at local, regional and national level.
Map and segment stakeholders based on influence, expertise and strategic relevance.
Foster long-term scientific partnerships, educational initiatives and advocacy opportunities.
