Role Overview
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process across Italy for blue‑collar employees, contingent workers, consultants and temporary staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage the relationship with temporary work agencies, from sourcing and contracting to service quality follow-up and cost control.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors on labor relations and basic legal aspects,



in coordination with the local HR Business Partner and the shared service center.
- Manage HR administration and the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Deliver compliant, efficient and business‑focused HR support daily.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, increase efficiency and optimise costs.
- Prioritise and collaborate with HR teams across countries to share best practices, harmonise processes and leverage synergies to improve service delivery.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to implement Employer Branding initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Support managers in anticipating staffing needs, coordinating recruitment and contingent workforce planning accordingly.

The role is based in Suisio/San Bonifacio, with frequent travel to other Italian locations.
