Job Description
- Define and implement the overall technology vision, roadmap and architecture for the platform and its portfolio initiatives.
- Lead the development of software products,



AI-enabled solutions and digital platforms from concept to deployment.
- Translate business opportunities, use cases and investment theses into concrete technology roadmaps.
- Oversee the design and delivery of MVPs, prototypes and scalable products, ensuring quality, security, reliability and speed of execution.
- Build, structure and lead internal and external technology teams, including software engineers, AI specialists, data professionals and technology partners.
- Evaluate and select the most appropriate technologies, frameworks, tools and vendors to support product development and platform scalability.
- Ensure robust technology governance, including cybersecurity, data management, privacy, infrastructure and development standards.
- Support technical due diligence, technology assessment and make-or-buy decisions for new initiatives or investment opportunities.
