The role
In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Senior Merchandising Consultant to work across customer engagements in category management implementation and ongoing service delivery.
This is a hybrid role: you will configure our platform end to end and bring real merchandising judgment to the customers you work with. It is not a pure advisory seat, and it is not a pure technical seat.
What Makes This Role Different
The hard part of this job is not the configuration. Our platform is UI-driven, and technical consultants support anything that lives in the database or the backend. The hard part is understanding the customer’s world well enough to guide them toward a better way of working.
Your job is to understand the customer’s strategy and implement our tool according to that strategy , not according to the workarounds they have lived with for years. That means walking in with an opinion. When a category manager asks
