The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Senago. You will support procurement, inventory management, logistics and production planning activities, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily supply chain activities and material flow across the organization.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and service conditions with suppliers within assigned categories, supporting cost optimization and supply continuity.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement and Sales teams.
- Analyze supply chain data and monitor KPIs.
- Support warehouse and logistics process improvements.
- Maintain data accuracy within SAP and ERP systems.
- Participate in cross-functional improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Travel occasionally to supplier sites, trade fairs, and WEG Group locations (Italy and abroad) to support supplier development, sourcing initiatives, operational alignment, and supply chain improvement projects.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor‘s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Logistics or Inventory Management.
Strong analytical mindset, SAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills and fluent English.
