Key job responsibilities - Design advertising experiences for leading global brands, executing campaign creative tasks within a defined creative strategy. Your primary focus will be display and web experiences, with exposure to video and interactive formats growing over time.
- Contribute to campaign ideation by partnering with senior creatives to bring ideas to life through high-fidelity concepts, wireframes, and visual designs that integrate marketing objectives, target audience, creative assets, and Amazon design patterns.
- Learn to build responsive web experiences in Webflow with guidance from senior creatives, progressing from simple components toward full page builds as your skills develop.
- Apply and develop your understanding of UX/UI principles in your work, learning how advertising experiences are made intuitive, accessible, and optimised for customer engagement.
- Create user-centred, on‐brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and project requirements within defined creative parameters.




- Collaborate with your peers and cross‐functional partners to deliver assigned tasks on time and to a high standard.
- Contribute to pitch decks by creating high‐fidelity visual concepts that communicate creative ideas to advertisers and agency partners.
- Over time, contribute to shared design component libraries in Figma and Webflow, and to cross‐platform rich media specifications.
- Participate in design reviews, critiques, and brainstorm sessions as a tactical contributor, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Actively seek to grow your knowledge of design trends, UX best practices, web technologies, and Amazon's advertising ecosystem, applying what you learn to your creative output.
- Support production design tasks including asset resizing, adaptation, and quality assurance across deliverables.
- Prioritise your own work queue and elevate roadblocks or risks early when deadlines are tight.
