You will work closely with the Enterprise Talent & Learning team to coordinate learning activities, facilitate training sessions, create learning materials, and support the smooth execution of global learning programs.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people development and is looking to grow their experience in learning design, facilitation, and program management within a global organization. This is a Maternity Cover and we offer a 12 months contract.
As a People & Culture Experienced Professional - Learning Design, you will:
Facilitate virtual and classroom-based training sessions.
Support the coordination and logistics of learning programs and events.




Create and update presentations, learner materials, facilitator guides, and job aids.
Support the development of learning content and activities.
Work with subject matter experts to gather information and create learning materials.
Monitor learner participation and collect feedback.
Support program communications and learner engagement activities.
Maintain learning documentation and resources.
Assist with reporting and administrative activities related to learning programs.
Contribute ideas to improve the learner experience.
Fuel your passion Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communication, Business, or a related field. Emerging of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training, education, or related areas. Strong communication and presentation skills.
