Overview In this role you will lead the Milan Telematics sales function to drive growth and build a high‐performing team. You will shape sales processes, establish operating rhythms, and stay close to selling activity to balance quick wins with strategic opportunities. You'll work cross‐functionally to maximise value for customers and contribute to revenue targets. This is a hands‐on leadership role in a global, inclusive environment that values agile, innovative thinking.

Proven experience as Head of Sales or senior commercial leadership
Experience building and growing sales teams
Strong telesales leadership in high-activity environments
Ability to manage both short and long sales cycles
Excellent coaching and people development skills
Strong sales performance management, forecasting and pipeline development
Advanced Salesforce knowledge (reporting, dashboards, process management)
Experience implementing scalable sales processes for growth
